How Aspire started

Aspire was founded by Jettison, a growth agency based out of Minneapolis, MN. Jettison’s founder Luke Frederick believed there was a different way to get the value of local conference without the time and travel commitment. He believes that relationships are most powerful resource in business, and relationships are forged through experience. 

Why invite-only events?

The purpose of Aspire is to forge lasting relationships through experiences around the nation’s top voices in business. To achieve this experience, we believe invite-only access is the best way to create a community that is safe for executives to attend and know they can gain quality connections with other executives.
